Quickly precooling fish and shell fish is critical to maintaining freshness and increasing shelf life. TRJ's patented Posi-Jector Liquid Ice Injection System eliminates hand shoveling and provides salted or salt free liquid ice efficiently, saving time and labor. Industrial ice is conveyed into the mixing chamber, mixed with water to form slurry, sometimes referred to as slush ice, then positively pumped into totes, RSW tanks, boat holds or anywhere liquid ice is required. TRJ offers a complete line of ice makers, ice storage ice rakes, modular ice plants, and portable ice plants to fully complement any Liquid Ice system.
